Bundeswehr's Shoppinglist for 2006

German Federal Armed Forces want to spend six billion on new armaments in 2006. The most important thin are the new communication systems and sattelites


Bundeswehrs planned orders for 2006:

516 million euro for new communication systems
940 million for new satellite communication system SatcomBW
76 million euro For mobile communication system

250 million euro + 93 million euro for German Federal Armed Forces-own satellites (SAR Lupe - 5 spy satelites)

650 Million Euro for 5 Euro Hawk (Global Hawk)
185 Million Nato-Recon System AGS /Alliance Ground Surveillance System
450 Million Euro for modernisation of ch-53 fleet

381 Million for Pars 3 for Tiger Helicoter - 680 Missiles, they will give hellfire a run for money
1,43 Billion Euro fot 30 MH-90 Helicopter
2,2 Billion Euro for 4 f125 frigates
824 Million for 2 U-Boots U 212

200 Boxer MRAV
149 Dingo 2
Digital map system for 245 Million Euro



This stuff is an addition to a lot of other weaponary wich is already ordered/ under delivery right now:

- 180 Eurofighter Typhoon
- 60 A400M
- 4 a310 mrtt tanker
- 3150 irisT air-air missile
- meteor air-air missile
- Taurus cruise missile
- MEADS tactical airdefence system
- PAC 3 update for Patriots



- 2 more u212 (2 already delivered and 2 will be ordered so it will be 6)
- 3 f124 frigates just entered service, they are face to face to france and uk's newest destroyers
- navy just got 8 pc3 orions
- last year the navy recieved the most modern science ship in nato
- 5 k130 corvettes are ordered and 4 of them are already under construction

from 2006 on our army will be able to send a 20.000 men troop (incl. 50.000 replacements) all over the world for battles of high intensity

these 20.000 dont include troops for peacekeeping

I'm feeling very good about germany buying all those stuff,
Germany is a big ally to the war in terrorissm in the world.
but i also think it is a bit of... Over...

with all the respect ( and there is alot of it ) to Germany, the country doesn't seems to be in any situation of war ( besides helping with the terrorist ).
this amount of money spending on weapons is just not necessary.

WW3, when it will happen, will not have any direct connection to Germany, Germany will be on the Allys side againts the muslims ( which is probablly the both sides of the War ) and i'm sure germany will be a great ally and supporter.

which side would china be on when the war breaks out. Their are over 100 million muslims in china.
And lets not forget the most populous muslim nation in the world indonesia.
The allies against the muslims will need a massive occupation army for that country alone which comprises of thousands of islands which will also dictate a need for alot of ships.
Dont forget India. Over 1 billion hindu's and sikhs. Not sure how many muslims are in India.
If it was China, India, Nato and Russia against all the muslim countries in the world.
China, India, Nato and Russia would be to hard to defeat. Their industrail base and respective militaries are far to powerful and all have nukes.
All would likely be allies in that war if it comes.

China already takes care of its muslims in its own way and wouldn't take orders from anyone onless the price is right.Black gold could get them on muslims side for Mid-East interrests but the consiquences could be much worse if they occupied.Iran would be better off using China as its supplier and not its helper.China tolerates religions but don't allow them to have any power as a group.Disadence will be executed.
