What has happened to the Carl Gustaf?

The Egyptian version was known as Port Said & Jordan used to use it but it was replaced by the SC-70/223 from Italy. What happened to this famous submachine gun in Egyptian service? Curiously it was a favourite of special forces during the 1973 October War.
