View Full Version : Ireland v San Marino
I am far too upset to talk about this match but will greatly accept the abuse…..unbelievable. Truly unbelievable.
I actually feel desperately sorry for the home nation as they deserved something from it.

Dont worry about it man. Thats the thing about soccer sometimes you get a good day while on others you don't make it as you thought. But hey you guys did win 2-1. My nation Bosnia beat them 3-1 at their home so Ireland aren't the only ones that get to see some resistance from San Marino. But at least you got the 3 points you were looking for huh?
I really wish Ireland the best in their group.

well thanks for that but i'm afraid the issues run deep and it's just not one bad score either!!!! top down change is urgently required. no hope of getting out of this group. have to start planning for world cup, time for action now....

There is still hope for Ireland. 7 points in 5 games isn't all that bad. Just make sure to keep up with Germany and Czech Republic.
PS: Did Damien Duff start for Ireland against San Marino..?

yes he did indeed but taken off around the 70min or so. he's not the player he use to be i'm afraid. signing for CFC was the worse thing he could have done....
he did play ok but no where near his best. he peaked about three years ago.

^^ Oh because I mainly remember him as a good player. He did much.
But hey Keane is still the man ain't he!? And Manchester City's Dunne is good too.
