Dr. Chukanov seem to have found a free source of energy by using a technology called Quantum Ball Lightning.
The Quantum Ball Lightning is generated by applying microwaves to a single photon in a very low pressure environement. When the lightning is created the device generates more electricity then it is fed. So if you feed it for example with 1 unit of electricity you get 4X times more electricity out plus heat and water.
Sounds good right? But not for the world economy that is based on fossil fuels among other things.
He was refused funding in the United States after living and making research there for 10 years.
Now he has moved to europe and is funded by a european state. If they dont kill him or destroy his labratory it will be a good thing for everyone.
