Usa is dangerous to the world more than ever thanks to Bush Jnr
America is the single biggest exporter of arms in the world and it has a poor human rights record of late. Not to mention they are bombing places like Yemen, Pakistan and god knows who else. They have no right to play policeman to the world.
Uk is dangerous as long as it takes its orders from washington but its decreased defence spending is rapidly dropping them out of the top 10 most powerful countries in the world.
France isnt doing anything in the world right now to piss of anyone
Except the Ivory Coast airforce which they destroyed last year
India is only a danger to Pakistan

China would have to be the worlds most dangerous country
North Korea would be high on the list too

I put France in the list because Chirac mentioned the possibility of a French nuclear first strike against perceived threats recently. I agree that India is not a danger in the military sense, but its growing economy will threaten the American, Europeam and Japanese leadership. It is only a threat militarily in that its nukes could be stolen. This is the reason I've put all nuclear countries on the list.

Easy, US, UK, France, Russia happen to be the world's largest arms exporters to 3rd world countries and militias..
For the past 100 years these countries have brought alot of trouble to the world, did alot of good too but their bad intentions overweigh these..
These countries performed coups, provided/used nuclear weapons, bio/chem weapons, colonised countries, engaged in pre-emptive wars etc etc..

Then if nuclear countries are on the list you would need to add a few more countries to the list
North Korea who openly admit to having nukes
South Africa who have long been suspected of having nukes
Argentina and Brazil have nuclear progams and in the past have been suspected
Also the Russian have "misplaced alot of nukes"
I wouldnt be surprised if Iran already has a few nukes aquired clandestinly from the former Soviet Union
I would bet Cuba maybe has 1 or 2 as well

I know what you talking about, but i see it from a different point of view.

France doesn't want, and will not enter a situation like Israel's or like the US.
France doesn't want to have a war for years.
France is threating, and I have no doubt that this is not only a threat.
they are not afraid from using WMD if necessary like most of the countries which will have 1000 doubts before, and there's alot of reason why this is the right way to act.
Show them from the beginning that you are not playing any games with them, it will end and it will end now, leave my country alone or it will have serious consequences.
Of course there's a different between nuking a military base and a civilian city, and of course france will not react to attack with a nuke on major city, but to nuke a military base of the enemy country, can be a very smart move, definitely scary for the offensive country, and can stop a war just like that.
and if any guriella warfare continues inside france, the threat France can put on them is huge.

There seems to be too little evidence that Brazil, South Africa and Argentina have nukes, since they all aborted their nuclear program. Cuba is just a speculation of yours :p. NATO countries will only obtain American nukes with full authorization of the US, making them non-sovereign nuclear powers. Are you sure this policy even exists after the cold war? Can you show me a link about Australia's nuclear armament?
North Korea has recently renounced nukes, and there was any evidence they ever posessed any, so it may have been a bluff. But of the countries wer just spoke of, North Korea is the most likely to actually posess nukes IMO.

South Africa actually had six nukes but has dismantled them now. It is suspected they developed them jointly with Israel
