Ok then i guess you answered enough questions, thanks mate.
I am wondering how the iranian government is letting people to surf to forums where there is freedom of speech and "western propaganda" can influence on iranians easily against their current rule. The US has dedicated special fund to promote democracy in iran, they can do it easy through the internet, does'nt the iranian authorities try to stop it and prevent it?

Abu-Jihad
03-16-2006, 02:48 AM
The filterring of Internet limited to porn materials that destroys the society and restricting some certain enemy groups that making psychological warefare .

In fact Iran is weak in the propaganda vice versa it's enemies . BTW our reporters jailed and deported , and limited continiuosly in US and they not approve them to acting and again vise versa US reporters in Iran .

As I see we are developing our propaganda ... And we will have the first News English Channel for you SOOOOON ... and then we will see who should filter the media :)

I was joking.
But in general, Iranians are better with computers than Americans.
Some of the best hackers in the world are Iranian.

I concore my good friend. Some of the BEST hackers in the world come from China. I believe someone in China hacked into the United States Defense system a few years ago. I dont buy built computers, they suck and are too expensive, so I build my own.

I agree. It is a scam. Such an easy way to make money. Print your bloody name on the case and the keyboard and sell it hundreds of dollars overpriced.

In Iran, there are no pre-assembled computers for sale. You either need to know how to assemble one or hire someone (usually, you can simply get someone in your family to do it).

Well issa if they have so many computer's i would expect to see a bit more of the people that write from iran dont you agree?.... or is the problem is the language? or even the internet connection?

user0000
03-17-2006, 12:31 AM
I do not think language is a factor so much as the issue at hand. Military matters are not as mainstream in Iran as it is in the West. Very rarely do you see a civilian in Iran discussing military technology or tactics.

I doubt language is a barrier. I knew enough English to post in a forum like this before I moved to the United States, and that was just from Iranian schooling.

Maybe you are right although this forum holds alot of political discussions, im surprised that in these days when iran and its leader in particular is such a big topic world wide the iranians (the ones that write from iran) dont stand by their leader and try to explain the westerners what its all about and that the quotes in the western media are'nt true or manipulized, even abu-jihad was surprised that he is the only one in this forum writing from iran.... but thanks to clearing up the language issue, though i guess thats the case in the city area only?

Actually, no.
Iran's education system is a state-wide standard. In Tehran, the same education is received as some village in the mountains.

Thats really awesome, the village people should have the same chances for quality education as the city residents, i dont think other arab countries in the middle east work this way, thanks for the details issa jan :)

looool :D .. for hacking a site there is no need to view it's page source ... source is only a simple show of backend moderation of a server that appears in your computer oppenly and If you hack that code this means you hacked yourself;) so you should view first where is it (it is in UAE) for attention about it's network ... what is the server kind ( it is Red Hat Linux Enterprise ) ... What Kind of security programs installed on it ans do on ... What I see it is very powerful to defend  Please hack it if you CAN :D
