And with all of that being said and true, the icelandics are still not pleased of the fact the US all of the sudden is leaving them. No matter how peace loving they are, how succesful and the low possiblities of any kind of threat, a population of 300,000 people with no army what so ever can be problematic, you need to remember that millitary isnt only for fighting... see the cases of new oreleans, the tsunami in south eastern asia and numerous earth quakes around the globe. In a land that is sitting on a very active volcanic ground no army at all could mean disaster.

Hmm can you post an article describing ice landers not being happy? Ive talked to 2 of my buddies from Ice land from the uni and they said people are generally pleased (I know the article says that the POLITICIANS are sad). THe point is 1.200 soldiers aint much, and aint gonna be missed after a month or two in a country like Iceland in reality

Oh well you need to learn the difference between having a CIVILIAN "military" which handles general security (tsunamies and so on) and also protects the national constitution, and a war based military that has the single purpose of fighting foreign wars. They have some kind of civillian defence corps if Im not mistaken

Alright we have a millitia of 4 (with only one of them zionist, now highsky cant cry anymore :(), i think the best type of invasion is commando style considering there aint much of an army resistance, for my plan i would bring a black hawk for roping quickly to the ground.
This is my weapons of choise, if you want any of these neat tools ill loan you :p
For uniform i will use alpine suit that is painted in white, ill have an israeli recon vest with ceramic shield
A light helmet like the one delta force has fitted with a camera on it so ill edit a video from our operation :p also a one eye NVG (ITL mini N/SEAS) and also a microphone to communicate with you guys.
My primary weapon will be the israeli Tavor sharpshooting (for i will be our squad's assault marksman ;)) my secondary will be mini uzi para.
I will also bring a small UAV (skylark) for intel And also a special camera grenade that can be launched from the tavor.
I think thats about it, maybe ill remember other things and add them later :D
Now you guys post how you are going to make yourself a fully fitted millitia member :cool:

Yes its a grenade that is fitted on the tavor's barrel and can be shot like a grenade launcher, it has 3 models: explosive, non-lethal and camera.
Also ill bring the israeli future soldiers system with the head mounted display(like pilots has) to see real time data and where you guys are at, also a personal computer with a gps and radio communications in it, proccessing the data going to your HMD.
