Iranian Men at Work in Melbourne

Men at Work, a film by the Iranian director Mani Haghighi, will be screened at the 56th Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF).
The film is the only Iranian piece competing in the International Panorama section of the festival, CHN news agency reported.
The 56th Melbourne festival opened July 25, 2007, with Sicko, the latest offering of the renowned American documentary maker Michael Moore.
More than 300 films from 50 countries will be screened, nine of which are to be premiered at MIFF.
The festival's best works take home a USD 27,000 prize.
Writer-director Mani Haghigh has proved to be one of Iran's most gifted filmmakers. The comedy-drama Men at Work has already won a string of awards.
