so it has to be only to irans not other countries ??

Well it's only reasonable to concentrate on Iran's air defence capabilities as the forum is literally dedicated to Iranian defence.
I'm sure other countries' air defences can be discussed in the forum related to World Armed forces (on this website).
Anyway good idea chaps, keep it up.
