Status of Irans Mig-29s?

Here in Ukraine we have undergone a massive effort to upgrade our Mig-29As to the MiG-29SMT upgrade. Has Iran been able to get these for her Mig-29s?

Well put it like this. A MiG-29SMT has every function of an Su-30MK. Both have a range of 200 miles. I just feel Iran should have atleast 75 of them.

WHAT??? The Mig-29SMT has an internal fuel range of 2100kms, with drop tanks 3,000km... in flight-refueling as Ukraine does = 6,000km.

HMMMMM. I was talking about RADAR RANGE. They both are equal in that respect. I just feel the MiG-29SMT does all the work needed and more.

Either way, Iran needs somethink new. Iran has reportedly acquired 10 Su-30 MKs anyway.

Iran Does not have any SU-30MKs. None what so ever. Neither Iran has any SU-27.

On Topic, I think Iran needs a better airforce and needs to quit development of their own fighters. Theyll never beat the west that way.
