Well tell me which country doesn't want money, economy benefits? And you have forget Liberation of Visa. The problem is that all Balkan countries, like Bulgaria and Romania before, are looking at EU integrations on this way - we finish our political goals (make laws as in EU, join NATO, send all accused for war crimes to the Hague, make good relations with neighbors) and than they join EU, and get money to develop their economy, to gain investment...

Develop economy to certain degree(get yourself to the level one of poorer EU countries),gain some investments, beat corruption then join. This crisis will prevent further enlargment.

Well corruption on Balkan's are becouse of poor peoples... In Kosova one teacher had a wage around of 170 euro ? One Doctor less than 250 euro ? And what you expect ? I had a practice exam to take Driving Licence, and I saw too many candidates used a corruption to past that exam. They are giving 50 euro to examiner and than everything is done.. I don't accuse examiner becouse his wage is 150 euro, and he have got a family, how to live with 150 euros 4-5 persons in a month ? I'm sure that if a teacher will have 1000 euro wage,a doctor 1500,an examiner 800 nobody of them will try to corrupt...
Europeans live in a high standards,I have my cousin in Finland,he works and have a wage 1800 euro,Finnish state gives a money for looking childrens, plus social...And I want to be like me cousin...

If Allah don't want to give, nobody can bring a boy or a girl into a world ;) Education is paralel with religion (Islam),you can see too many examples when a woman borns when she is 60-70 age old.In Education maybe this is impossible but if Allah wants, the child will born :) For children nobody should visit church or mosque especially for this..

Kosovo government begins the visa liberalisation process with the EU
The government of Kosovo approved a guide for the fulfilment of unilateral criteria for the visa liberalization process between the Republic of Kosovo and the EU.
This initiative of the government comes as an alternative solution since Kosovo cannot sign an agreement with the European Union like other countries of the region because it still hasn’t been recognized by all EU countries.
Prime Minister Hashim Thaci said that the integration process is a priority for all Kosovo institutions and the will of its citizens, therefore, the engagements of the Kosovo government have a clear orientation for the fulfilment of all set criteria.
“It remains our main task for this year to make the first steps for visa liberalisation so that in the coming year we can make concrete steps that insure the free movement of the citizens of Kosovo, for which we will fulfil our obligations”, said Thaci.
PM Thaci expressed his belief in the full and unified support of the EU countries for what he said that he had discussions also with the EU High Representative for Foreign Policy, Havier Solana.
Kosovo Internal Affairs Minister, Zenun Pajaziti said that the guide will be handed over to the Kosovo Liaison Office of the EU Commission while it foresees a chain of inter-ministrial and inter-institutional activities.
“We have a lot of activities of a technical nature that should be completed and the main criteria that should be applied in this process are: integrated border management, rule of law, fighting of organized crime and terrorism, singing of the agreements for repatriation, production of electronic passports, protection of personal data etc”, Pajaziti said.
Minister Pajaziti added that good results have been reached in this direction.
During today’s meeting, the government once again thanked all the countries that have voted for the membership of Kosovo in the International Monetary Fund, as an important step for further membership in international institutions.
Deputy Prime Minister Hajredin Kuci didn’t want to comment over the latest criticism of the government by the head of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.
Regarding the request of the Parliamentary Commission for Security, asking the resignation of the Head of Police after the latest events, (recent disappearance of all the materials from the evidence room of the Kosovo Police, including, drugs, weapons, ammunition and other materials) Kuci said that it is not the responsibility of the government.

If Europe becomes 1 country than there will be no need for border disputes between countries. And that's problem in Balkans, they all want peaces of each other's territory weather it's Serbia and Albania, Albania and Macedonia, Macedonia and Greece, Serbia and Bosnia, Bosnia and Croatia, Greece and Albania, Greece and Turkey, ect.
