That depends, are you only a US citizen? Or do you have joint citizenship? People with joint citizenship are acknowledged as Iranian citizens by the government of Iranian.

And that aside, will you be able to handle it? The Navy is no game, brother.

You have to be 18 or older and you undergo training for 2 years but first in the army than you can have a choice to choose to go in the navy. In under no circumstances can you be American nor Canadian to join which you won't be accepted in.
