no way only USA and Russia

Countries fielding aircraft carriers are

Spain with Av-8B+ Harriers
Thailand with Av-8a Harriers
Brazil with A-4 Skyhawks
France with Rafales and Super Etendards
India has 2 carriers soon to be 3
2 existing carriers have Sea Harriers
England with 3 carriers fielding Harrier GR.9's
I dont think ive missed any
I had a terrific thread on World aircraft carriers that was lost when forum crashed last year

Australia has plans for 3 carriers by 2020
They are needed for Australia's vast coast line
The F-35 buy will likely included STOVL examples to equip the future carriers

Iran doesnt need carriers now

Submarines are more needed than aircraft carriers by Iran
Subs can plow the gulf and ocean surrounding Iran and make it a very dangerous place
Aircraft carrier for Iran isnt needed not to mention Iran doesnt have the required surface fleet of destroyers and frigates to support a carrier

Being big is one of the reason they are hard to sink.

Also they are usually protected by escorting vessels.

Escort vessels as well as the fact that any attacking force has to contend with the carriers airwing
