Israel didn't beat arabs all thanks to mobilization. They use unlawful actions at all time such as assasinating or lawfully acceptable but morally inacceptable tactics like invading quickly in time of declaring war.(six days war anyone?)

The main power they have is their use of injustice and their use of unlawful operations. And have to credit them for using their style so well. And truly, arabs are also a bit too much of show. Instead of showing off their achievements and trying to show of their army, they should focus on reality.

I can see Israel existing for so long. Even if USA doesn't aid Israel, I'm sure Israel will find a away to continue it's existence. These guys are the master of thinking and strategy. Who knows? maybe they'll make arabs fight each other or make another country attack arabs. Jewish people are the best organized people I've ever seen. Although I don't like their use of unlawful techniques, I must admit that I envy their brotherhood in themselves and the way their communities gain power in other countries. I have respect for that

wonderfull. as the size of our economy grows, we will spend more and more on military industry.

i'm proud to see how turkish companies produce high quality armored vehicles. i hope we'll see "Pars" on our eastern front against PKK

You should spend more on the people of Turkey, so they can live as good as western Europe. That's what Ataturk said.

1-you have to feed a strong army if you want to protect your position on world stage

2-turkey has some problems about kurds in and out of turkey. thats why we need to be ready for anything

3-our whole region is a place where there is no security. if you fail to protect yourself, you'll become the b.tch of the prison

4-the share of the domestic companies in turkish military procurements has rised to %50 and will become %75 at 2012. so spending on military actually good for your economy. but of course you shouldnt forget education, health and other investments.

OK, if you think you can protect your country by producing APC's, fine with me.

APC:s don't win wars, if that's what you are trying to say. The third largest APC reserve in the world is more than enough for Turkey.

Replace World with Europe and you are partially right (only if you count turkey to europe)
